Welcome to Stelie Jewels. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from Stelie Jewels.

By visiting our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

By using our website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use this website.

You may not use our products, website, or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, pricing errors, inventory errors, abuse of promotions, or violations of these Terms.

2. PRODUCTS & JEWELRY

We make every reasonable effort to display our jewelry as accurately as possible.

However, colors, finishes, stone appearance, size, proportions, and other details may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, device displays, and normal manufacturing variations.

Minor variations between individual pieces are not necessarily considered defects.

Product descriptions, pricing, availability, and specifications may be updated without prior notice.

3. JEWELRY CARE & NORMAL WEAR

Jewelry naturally experiences wear over time.

The longevity of plating, finishes, stones, and other components depends on factors including frequency of wear, individual body chemistry, storage, exposure to moisture, chemicals, perfumes, lotions, cleaning products, and general care.

Unless specifically stated otherwise on the product page, normal wear, scratches, tarnishing, fading, discoloration caused by use or exposure, accidental damage, and damage resulting from improper care are not considered manufacturing defects.

Customers are responsible for following any care instructions provided by Stelie Jewels.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Prices, promotions, discount codes, and special offers are valid only during the stated promotional period and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

If we discover a material pricing, inventory, or product-listing error after an order has been submitted, we may contact you to resolve the issue or cancel and refund the affected item or order.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated at checkout when required.

5. ORDERS

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to cancel or limit an order for legitimate business or fraud-prevention reasons.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method unless another resolution is agreed upon with the customer or permitted by law.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order information before completing checkout, including products, quantities, sizes, colors, email address, and shipping address.

6. SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery estimates may be affected by circumstances outside the direct control of Stelie Jewels.

Estimated delivery dates are estimates and are not guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.

If an order cannot be shipped within the timeframe required by applicable law, Stelie Jewels will provide any notice, cancellation option, or refund required by law.

7. INCORRECT ADDRESSES & RETURNED PACKAGES

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate and complete before placing an order.

If a package is returned to Stelie Jewels because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, failed delivery, or another customer-related delivery issue, additional shipping charges may apply before the package can be resent.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law or when the issue resulted from an error by Stelie Jewels.

8. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

All returns and exchanges are governed by our separate Returns & Exchanges Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, eligible change-of-mind returns are not refunded to the original payment method and may instead be resolved through Stelie Jewels store credit.

Eligible exchanges may be permitted according to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Customers may be responsible for return and replacement shipping costs when an exchange results from size selection, preference, or another customer-related reason.

Store credit has no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may be subject to additional conditions disclosed in our Returns & Exchanges Policy, except where otherwise required by law.

Nothing in these Terms or our Returns & Exchanges Policy limits any refund, cancellation, replacement, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

9. EARRINGS & HYGIENE-SENSITIVE ITEMS

For hygiene reasons, earrings and other pierced jewelry are considered final sale unless the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.

Items specifically marked Final Sale are also not eligible for standard returns or exchanges unless otherwise stated or required by law.

10. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Customers should inspect their order promptly after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Stelie Jewels or submit a request through our Exchange & Resolution Center within the timeframe stated in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

We may request photographs, packaging information, or other reasonable documentation necessary to evaluate the claim.

When a qualifying issue is confirmed, Stelie Jewels may provide a replacement, store credit, refund, or another appropriate resolution depending on the circumstances, product availability, our policies, and applicable law.

11. LOST, STOLEN & DELIVERED PACKAGES

Shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays, misdeliveries, or tracking discrepancies.

If tracking indicates that a package was delivered but the customer cannot locate it, the customer should promptly check the delivery area, household members, neighbors when appropriate, and contact the shipping carrier.

Stelie Jewels will reasonably assist customers with eligible shipping issues. However, a carrier's delivery scan does not automatically determine the outcome of every claim, and each situation may be reviewed individually.

Stelie Jewels reserves the right to request supporting information and investigate suspected fraudulent or abusive claims.

Nothing in this section limits rights available to customers under applicable law.

12. PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS & FREE GIFTS

Promotional codes and discounts cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

Promotions may have eligibility requirements, expiration dates, minimum purchase amounts, or product exclusions.

Free gifts have no cash value and are generally not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit.

If a qualifying purchase is returned and the return causes the order to no longer qualify for a promotional gift or discount, Stelie Jewels reserves the right, where permitted by law, to adjust the applicable store credit or require the promotional item to be returned.

13. STORE CREDIT & GIFT CARDS

Store credit and gift cards may only be used toward eligible purchases from Stelie Jewels.

They cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Lost, stolen, or improperly accessed store credit or gift cards may be subject to verification before any replacement or adjustment is considered.

14. FRAUD & ABUSE

Stelie Jewels reserves the right to investigate orders or claims that reasonably appear fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with these Terms.

This may include repeated claims of missing merchandise, false damage claims, unauthorized payment activity, abuse of promotions, excessive or suspicious return activity, or attempted chargeback fraud.

Where permitted by law, we may refuse future transactions, cancel pending orders, or restrict access to our services when there is reasonable evidence of fraud or abuse.

15. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

If you experience a problem with an order, we encourage you to contact Stelie Jewels first so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a customer from exercising legitimate rights to dispute a transaction with a bank, credit card issuer, payment provider, or other financial institution.

Knowingly providing false information in connection with a payment dispute or attempting to retain merchandise while fraudulently reversing payment may result in the account being restricted and may be addressed through available legal remedies.

16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content appearing on the Stelie Jewels website, including our brand name, logos, photographs, product photography, graphics, designs, text, videos, website content, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to Stelie Jewels unless otherwise stated.

Our content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, sold, or commercially used without prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

17. CUSTOMER REVIEWS & USER CONTENT

If you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, video, testimonial, or other content to Stelie Jewels for publication or promotional use, you represent that you have the right to submit that content.

Any specific permission for Stelie Jewels to reuse customer-created content will be governed by the authorization provided when the content is submitted or requested.

Nothing in these Terms restricts a customer's right to provide an honest review or opinion about Stelie Jewels or its products.
