Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Free on all orders over $50
Flat rate: $4.99 for orders under $50

Express Shipping (2–3 business days)
Flat rate: $14.99

Priority Shipping (1–2 business days)
Flat rate: $24.99

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package until it arrives.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Stelie is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
1) Check your mailbox, doorstep, lobby, or with neighbors.
2) Wait 24 hours in case the carrier scanned it early.
3) Contact the shipping carrier for more details.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will review the issue and assist with a replacement or another suitable solution where possible.
