Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Sale items, clearance items, and gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are available for the same item or store credit, depending on stock.
  • If the replacement item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings (hygiene reasons)
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked “non-returnable” at checkout

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or offer a suitable solution.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received, please allow 3–7 business days for inspection.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
