At Stelie Jewels, we take quality and customer satisfaction seriously. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on jewelry items once they have been delivered.

Hygiene Policy

For hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, tried on, or opened, including but not limited to earrings and other jewelry pieces.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or broken, we are happy to assist you.

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos of the damaged item must be provided.

  • Once approved, we will offer a replacement of the same item at no additional cost.

Please note:

  • Replacements are subject to product availability.

  • We do not offer refunds for damaged items; only item replacements will be issued.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • All jewelry items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale

Shipping

  • Return shipping is not applicable, as returns are not accepted.

  • Replacement items will be shipped at no additional cost once the claim is approved.
